'Inquilab' means uprising or revolt in Urdu. The goal of Shaheed Bhagat Singh and Gandhiji was identical; both wanted to lead a revolt against the British and usher in 'Azadi' or freedom for the Indian people. While Bhagat Singh used violence as his weapon, Gandhi practised non-violence and chose 'Satyagraha' as his weapon.
