Both gases and liquid's are fluids but solids are not . Also gases are more compressible than liquid explain?

Gases are more compressible than Liquids because the intermolecular space in gases are so high than Liquids
I mean to say that the distance between molecules of gases is so big than molecules of​ liquids....

because solid have rigidity to maintain its shape so it van not flow and gases are more compressible than liquid because they have more intermolecular space so they can take place in every space so when we compress they came near and fitted in small area
