Are you asking if the curd (yogurt) organisms will culture the milk while it passes through your digestive tract? I would guess “not significantly”. The digestive tract is pretty complicated. The acidity is pretty high in the stomach (pH maybe 1.5–3.5 vs 4.4 for yogurt - lower pH means more acidic) and there are many kinds of digestive enzymes present. Some of those enzymatic precesses will compete with yogurt organism metabolic processes. This is not a very nurturing environment for yogurt organisms.
If you mean “what happens compared to eating the same mass of curd”, you’d be eating a bit more lactose and a bit less acid. Plenty of other, even smaller, changes as well.
The bottom line is pretty close to “nothing”.
