Bowling point of water is 100°c can it be make boil at 98°c or at 102°c

Yes....., Water is boil at 98°C and 102°C.......

In case of 98°C , it takes just more time....IT CAN BE DEPEND UPON THE ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE.....
In case of , it takes just less time.....

Yes, it can be done......

If we increase the atmospheric pressure of water then its boiling increases.
If we decrease the boiling point of water then its boiling point decreases.
