Brahmaputra River has its source in southwest Tibet. From there it penetrates the Himalayan mountain ranges and to Arunachal Pradesh. then it runs to Assam basin and to Bangladesh as Jamuna . In this tertiary it fuses with Gangs to create Sunderbans.
