r=d/2=140cm/2=70cm

volume \: of \: cylinder = \pi {r}^{2} h \\  1.54 {m}^{3}  = \frac{22}{7}  \times  ({70cm)}^{2}  \times h

1.54 {m}^{3}  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 70cm \times 70c \times h

1.54 {m}^{3}  = 22 \times 10cm \times 70cm \times h

1.54 {m}^{3}  = 15400cm \times h

 \frac{1540000 {cm}^{3} }{15400 {cm}^{2} }   = h

100cm = h

note :  \\ first \: same \: the \: unit \: when \: you \:

convert1.54 \:  {m}^{3}  \: into \:  {cm}^{3} because \\ data \: is \: given \: in \: cm \: unit
