If s is her son's age in years, then her son is 52s weeks old. If g is her grandson's age in years, then her grandson is 365g days old

Thus, 365g = 52s

Since her grandson is 12g months old, 12g = x
Since her grandson, her son and herself together are 120 years, g + s + x = 120

The above process of 3 equations in 3 unknowns (g, s and x) can be solved like this -

x / 12 + 365 x / (52 x 12) + x
= 120 or 52 x + 365 x + 624 x
= 624 x 120 or x
= 624 x 120 / 1041
= 72

Hence, she is 72 years old.
