Answer:

When a body does not perform any work, it never implies that the body has no energy. The body may have energy but still does not perform any work, e.g., a book placed on a table has potential energy but is not performing any work.

Answer:

When certain amount of force actually acts on our body by virtue of the motion, then it have Kinetic energy.

It directly means that the body or object get fully displaced as well as are in certain movement or doing any type of work that  own Kinetic energy.

It is significant to know that there is no kinetic energy without any velocity of an object.
