declaration by brakes = - 5m/sec sq
time duration of travel = 1.5 sec
Therefore. V=0,u=7.5 m/s
Distance travelled
S= UT+ 1/2 at sq
S= (7.5)(1.5)+1/2(5)(1.5)
=5.625 metres.
