Brazil’s road to independence was different from that of its Latin American neighbors because- The Separation and Integration of Brazil and Latin America's paths dared the “separatist” partiality in the eyes and viewpoint of Brazilian relationships with its Latin American neighbors.

1. By surveying the collateral existence and presence of the integration path, the main concern and objective of this study are on those forceful powers which have tried to hammer out different and numerous forms of adjustment, arrangement, and, sometimes the justified union between them, Brazil and different Latin American countries.

2. The writers surveyed the ideas, thoughts, and projects intrinsically in the attitude or outlook of elites even before the time of independence.

3. They have shown that the way or the road of integration has been more powerful than is usually known.
