Breathing is a biological process as this is called in other words respiration. In this process air entered into the lungs through the mouth which is called inhalation and the air comes out from the lungs which are called the exhalation.

The air entered in the lungs is full of oxygen gas and the air comes out from the lungs is full of carbon-di-oxide gas. This way the body’s circulatory system transports the gases in the cells and the respiration takes place.
