Brewery or a brewing company is concerned with production and selling of beer.

Brewing has nine different steps.They are given as follows according to the sequence:

1.milling 6.fermenting

2.malting 7.conditioning

3.mashing 8.filtering 4.lautering 9.filling.

5.boiling

Yeast is employed for this process in which it uses the sugars present in the substrate and carries out the process of fermentation liberating alcohol and carbon-dioxide( by- product).
