• Gissuppe Mazzini _ He was known as heart of unification becuase he uprise the feeling of national sentiment in Italy by creating seceret societies, He also tried to create revolution in 1831 and 1848 but in both he was failed
• Victor Enamuel II _ He was the king of pidemont sardinia after mazzini the whole responsibility to unify Italy was come under him In 1861 he proclaimed the king of united Italy
• Count Camilo de Cavor _ He was also known as brain of unification. He was not democrat nor republic. He was the Cheif minister of pidemont sardinia. With tactful alliance with France and Germany He was able to defeat austrian forces in 1859
• Gissuppe Gariballdi _ He was known as sword of unification. He was a follower of mazzini. He won the part of southern Italy (kingodom of two scilies) and join with cavor

• The final stage was done by victor enamuel II with Garribaldi as they win papal states when france was busy in war with Germany and they remove their forces from Papal states. then they conquer papal states and Rome become capital of Italy and Italy is unified
