- There was a lot of changes in Germany after the First world war. There was a economic crisis in Germany. According to the Treaty of Versailles, Germany had to may war reparations and the cost of war was estimated nearly 40 million. Millions of people had lost their lives in the war and the people who were left were not fit enough to work in factories.
- Society of Germany had changed as a result of the war. Nearly 37% women used to work in factories. The value German currency fell at that time.
- There was unemployment and scarcity of food.
