Hi mate
Salts of a strong basic and strong base or neutral with PH value of 7 sides of a strong acid and weak base are a stick with PH value less than 7 parts of strong base and weak acid are basic in nature with PH value more than 7 ..
As we know that ph less than seven that means that solution is acidic which more than seven that is going to be say alkaline while the ph exact seven is going to be say neutral and that's why salt is considered neutral.

I hope helped you

Heya!!

A salt is a compound in which metal atoms are bonded with the acid residue. Salts are formed when acid and base neutralise each other.

Types of salt

➡️Neutral Salt: Neutral salts are formed by neutralisation of string acid and strong base. The pH of an aqueous soln. of these salts is 4 7-0.
Example=> NaCl, K2SO4, KNO3

➡️Acidic Salt: Acidic salts are formed by the neutralisation of string acid and strong base. Solution of these salts in water will have a pH less than seven. Aqueous soln. of these salts turns blue litmus red.
Example=> NH4Cl, CuSO4

➡️Basic Salts: Basic Salts are formed by the neutralisation of weak acid and strong base Soln. of these salts in water turns red litmus blue and will have pH more than 7.
Example=> CH3COONa, Na2CO3

Hope it helps✌️✌️
