food poisoning could be due to the consumption of the spoiled food . some micro organisms produce toxic substance in spoiled food.these toxic substances make the food poisonous. taking stale food may lead to vomiting, motions, even to death.

clostridum botulinum a bacterium which is widely responsible for causing food poisoning. the disease is known as botulism.

food poisoning as the name suggest is a disease that result from the consumption of contaminated food symptoms of food poisoning are vomiting , nausea, severe pain in the abdominal region diarrhoea and dehydration .it may also cause weakness fatigue and damage to the nervous system .these symptoms arise due to presence of bacteria or other harmful microorganism in food or due to injections of toxins contained in food.
some bacteria like clostridium and Staphylococci and fungi like aspergillus cause food poisoning.
