The steps used for creating a query by using wizard are as follows:

i. Open the create tab and click on the button of query wizard.

ii. Now, select simple query wizard and click OK.

iii. Now, use queries or tables list box in order to choose a query or table.

iv. Go to the list box of available fields and move a field that has to be filled in the query.

v. Now, choose the query type that you want. It can be either detail or summary.

vi. Afterwards, choose the form of summarizing the data and click OK to remove the dialog box of the summary.

vii. Now, choose a time interval to group the summarized fields by time and date.  

viii. Now, choose and type a relevant name for the query. You can further modify the name of the query.

ix. Finally, click on the finish button to display the query.
