iii) Disobedience of state's law leads to punishment.

iv) Originated after society.

v) State has a definite territory.

Society

i) Social organisation

ii) Society has laws, which are unrwitten and thus vague.

iii) Disobedience of society's law leads to social exclusion.

iv) Originated before state.

v) Society does not have a permanent territory.
