PhRaSe is a part of a sentence and is meaningless. For eg.---> She is an intelligent girl........... 'An intelligent girl' is a phrase as it does not give any information about the girl through this phrase.............................................................. SeNtEnCe is a set or combination of words which has a complete meaning. .............................. For eg.-------> Lucie did her week sincerely.... The sentence tells, how the work is done by the object.
