Bubbles appear when you open a bottle of soda but not when you open a bottle of mineral water

soda contain carbon under high pressure. when we open bottle oxygen enter. carbon cannot suffer such weight so exceeding carbon get out in form of bubbles

water does not contain carbon under high pressure

soda contains carbon dioxide which is a gas.
It is when at a lower temperature then the CO2 presentin it will the main dissolves it is taken at the room temperature so it will try to come out of the bottle and we will see bubbles on the neck of bottle but here in the case of water there is no carbon dioxide present in the water and hence we will not see any bubbles.
