bubbles are seen on adding lemon juice to baking soda because Lemon is a type of acid and baking soda is a base . When acid ( lemon juice) and base ( baking soda ) react they release hydrogen gas in form of bubble. That’s why we see bubble on adding lemon juice with baking soda.
