in budding , a small part of the body of the hydra grows out as a 'bud' then it detaches from the parent hydra and become a new organism.

In binary fission the nucleus of amoeba lengthens and divides into two parts. After that the cytoplasm divide into two parts, one part around each nucleus. this results into two daughter amoeba cell. Each one of them grows into an adult organism.
