This is a story of a friend.

He was about to leave for his job in another city in a few days.

He always wanted to go away from home and travel to new places. He was going towards a step forward in achieving his dream and he could hardly wait for it.

He is very close to his mother. And he is very shy. He is not able to express his emotions that well. He mostly keeps to himself whatever is bothering him. He likes it that way.

This was when he and his family were returning from a pilgrimage. My friend was on the driving seat and his mother was sitting behind him. He could see her face through the rear view mirror.

The radio was on and some random songs were being played. And then came a song which was so emotional and so apt for their current situation.

It was Lukka Chuppi by A.R Rehman and Lata Mangeshkar from the movie Rang de Basanti.

Listening to the song, both mother and son were silently crying without saying a word.

It was a very emotional moment for them. Both of them understood what each was trying to say.

Even I was silently crying when he told me about this. But I could never feel what a child and his mother would have felt at that moment.
