The bulb will not glow. This is because the rubber band is an insulator and the circuit is incomplete.

{ \purple{ \underline{ \boxed{\maltese {\textsf{ \textbf{Answer}}}}}}}

The Bulb doesn't glow in the circuit because:

  • The liquid solution in the beaker might be distilled water.

  • The liquid solution used in the beaker might be a poor conductor of electricity.

  • The bulb might be fused.

  • The battery might already be exhausted, sufficient electric charge to light the bulb is not present.
