Buring of a candle is both the physical and chemical change. How?

hellooo....
here's your ans..

it is a physical change because candle melts when we burn it...hence its shape changes which is of course a physical change.
it is a chemical change because mechanical energy gets converted to heat and light energy..hence we get heat and light which is a chemical change.

No new substances are formed. In aburning candle, there are both physical and chemical changes. The melting of the solid wax to form liquid wax and the evaporation of liquid wax to form wax vapour are physical changes. Theburning of the wax vapour is achemical change
