. Burning of candle gives a flame but we do not use it to cook food. Why?

buring of candle gives flame but we do not use it to cook food because candle contains a large number of yellow zone which is less hot and xontains a small number of blue zone which is the hottest part. so we use only the blue zone through cylinder ro cook food.
