What a coincidence...I am also from Mahajan Community...

The Word Mahajan means..Maha + Jan = Great People.

Some Brahmns also called themselves Mahajns but business occupation Mahajan are called Arora...which includes surnames like...⭐Baghla , Aneja , Setia , Bajaj , Gaba , Gambhir , Chugh , Kataria Etc.

The caste Arora is derived from a place Aror Sindh...Now in Pakistan ✌️These are mostly found in Punjab....U can also relate community with Baniya Caste.

Occupation :- Shopkeepers , Banker , Traders , Sahukars etc.

We become Great From our Good Deeds not from Birth or Caste
