Courage should be used in some good work that is for military purposes. But if that goes waste by anyone, it would be just regarded as irresponsiveness.

Even if it is insisted by Commander, then it remains as irresponsibility, because it is the responsibility of a Commander to use the courage of his soldiers for right purpose.
