Elimination method.
⇒ (b2x - a2y + a2b +ab 2) / ab = 0 and (bx) - (ay) + 2ab = 0
⇒ (b2x - a2y + a2b +ab 2) = 0 ---------→(1)
⇒ (bx) - (ay) + 2ab = 0 ---------→(2)
Multiply equation (2) by b
(b2x) - (aby) + 2ab2 = 0 ---------→(3)
Substract (3) from (1)
⇒ - a2y + aby + a2b +ab 2 -2ab2 = 0
⇒ y(ab – a2) = ab2-a2b
⇒ ya(b – a) = ab(b-a)
⇒ y = b
sub y =b in equ (2)
we get (bx) - (ab) + 2ab = 0
⇒ b(x + a) =0
⇒ x+a = 0
⇒ x = -a. and y =b.
hope it helps!!!
