Step-by-step explanation:

Draw a triangle, then produce the sides to form the ext. angles.

Then, take a compass with  a pencil and make a circle which inscribes the triangle's vertices. Cut the circle and the exterior angles to form segments. take a point in a sheet and paste the vertices of the segments consecutively to form a circle. Hence the sum of the exterior angles of any triangle is 360 degree.
