Let the no of 50rs notes be x
20rs notes be y
10rs notes be z
50x+20y+10z=590
5x+2y+z=59......(1)
x/y=3/5
5x=3y........(2)
x+y+z=25
Multiplying by 5
5x+5y+5z=125
3y+5y+5z=125(from 2)
8y+5z=125.........(3)
Substituting value pf 5x in (1)
5y+z=59
Multiplying by 5
25y+5z=295........(4)
(4)-(3)
25y+5z-8y-5z=295-125
17y=170
[y=10]
5x=3y
x=30/5
[x=6]
5y+z=59
z=59-50
[z=9]
Therefore he had
6 50rs notes
10 20rs notes
9 10rs notes
