○》by how much will the loudness of a sound change when the amplitude of vibration is
(a) tripled

(b) doubled ✔⛦

ANSWER- The amplitude specifies the maximum excursion of a particle from its undisturbed position
and has nothing to do with the wave speed. The amplitude does affect the speed of the simple harmonic motion. ITS means that when amplitude is (Doubled) the loudness increases FOUR times .

Hello, Your Answer.

Amplitude is doubled then, the loudness of the sound becomes 4 times increased and if the amplitude is tripled, then the loudness is 9 times increased.

I hope it will help you.. please mark me as brainlist bcoz it is correct and easy answer..
