how ever I make it....

21x^2 + 14x -9x -6

21x(x+14/21)-9(x+6/9)

21x(x+2/3)-9(x+2/3)

21x - 9 = 0

21x = 9

x = 21/9

x = 7/3 ........1root

or

x+2/3 = 0

x = -2/3.......2root

x = 7/3 or x = -2/3
