Then the total selling price = 33x.

Given that profit = 11x.

We know that cost price = selling price - Profit

                                          = 33x - 11x

                                          = 22x.


We know that Gain% = Profit/CP * 100

                                    = 11x/22x * 100

                                    = 1100/22

                                    = 50%.


Therefore the Gain = 50%.
