SP of 11 m cloth = Rs. 11x

Selling price of 11 m cloth = Loss = 11x

Now, according to the question.

Loss = CP - SP

11x = CP - 66x

CP = 66x + 11x

CP = 77x

Loss % = (Loss*100)/CP

Loss % = (11x*100)/77x

Loss % = 100/7

Loss % = 14 2/7 %

So, loss percents\age is 14 2/7 %
