Profit = SP of 1 dozen pensicls = Rs.x
CP of 8 dozen pencils : (8-1)=7 dozen = Rs.x * 7 = Rs.7x
Gain % = Profit/CP*100 = (x/7x) * 100 = 100/7 = 14 2/7 %
