Loss per cent=10%
Let CP be rs.100
So,loss=10% of rs.100
=rs.(10/100×100)
=rs.10
So,SP of sofa=CP-Loss
=rs.(100-10)
=rs.90
When SP=rs.90,CP=rs.100
So,when SP=rs.1,CP=rs.100/90
So,when SP=rs.4500,CP=rs.(100/90×4500)
=rs.5000
So,CP of sofa=rs.5000
Gain per cent=10%
So,gain=10% of CP
=rs.(10/100×5000)
=rs.500
So,SP so as to gain 10%=CP+Gain
=rs.(5000+500)
=rs.5500
