By spinning eggs on a table top, how will you distinguish hard boiled egg from a raw egg?

Well, raw egg will spin faster than boiled egg
Reasoning: Angular momentum of both is the same i.e
L1=L2
I1.w1=I2.w2

Also, moment of inertia of a boiled egg is much higher as it's in solid form and it's mass is spread out over the entire egg, the raw egg on the other hand has all the mass situated at it's base as it is a liquid(u can verify this by cracking open an egg from the top)

thus, since L1=L2 and I1(boiled egg)>I2(raw egg) w2>w1

As we know, raw egg has some fluid in it and a hard boiled egg has no fluid , it is solid from inside.

Both eggs are spinning on the top of the table, the fluid is thrown outward therefore, moment of inertia of fluid egg be greater than moment of inertia of boiled egg.
conservation of angular momentum, when external torque be zero , angular momentum of system remains constant. e.g., L_1=L_2 or, I_1\omega_1=I_2\omega_2

here, I_1 indicates moment of inertia of fluid egg { e.g., raw egg} and I_2 is moment of inertia of boiled egg.
as I_1>I_2
so, \omega_2>\omega_1

so, angular velocity of raw egg { fluid egg} is less than angular velocity of boiled egg.
