Knitting a yarn into a sweater means just coiling the yarns in such a way that they give you a sweater.

In this process of knitting no change in observed in the woolen yarn . Means it doesn't show any chemical changes like of changing colour , production of light , gets hot , etc. nothing happens like those mentioned.

Just the shape of the yarn is being changed physically. So we can conclude that the yarn is going undr physical change and almost all physical changes are reversible.

If we consider the question , we can observe that a knit sweater can be unraveled , i.e. when uncoiled gives us the yarn back.

So , we can say that this process is reversible and can be reversed.
