Let the unknown number be x,

number 1=-3/4

number 2=x

product=2/3

hence, number 1 x number 2 = product

or, -3/4 x x = 2/3

or, x = 2/3÷-3/4

=2/3x-4/3=-8/9

x = -8/9

Therefore, the required number is -8/9
