(1)To get answer divide 0.0018 by 1.8 i.e 0.0018/1.8=0.001 so answer is 0.001


(2)4 kg =4000 grams. (1 kg =1000 grams)

so divide 4000 grams among 5 children
we will get 4000/5 =800 therefore each child get 800 grams of sweet.

(3) By looking at the position of zero after decimal we get 0.2>0.02 and to get by how much it is greter subtract 0.02 by 0.2 i.e
0.2-0.02=0.18 answer is 0.18

(4)Given 46 ×93=4278 and 0.46×0.93=?

so without actual multiplication just by placing decimal four place towards left to the number 4278 we will get the answer i.e 0.4278

(5)To get the answer just divide 0.005 by 0.05
i.e 0.oo5/0.05=0.1 is the answer


(6)Depth of tank =25.54 cm and level of water from the bottom of the tank is 18.5 cm so we have to calculate difference between the level of water and top of the tank -

25.54-18.5=7.04 so difference between the top of the tank and water level is 7.04 cm.
