let the no. be x


-15/56 × x = -5/7

x = -5/7 × -56/15

x = -1/1 × -8/3

x = 8/3

let the no. be x so, when we multiply it by x we get product as -5/7

now,
-15/56×x = -5/7

=> x= -5/7×56/-15

=> x= -8/-3

=> x = 8/3 is your answer
