Let the number be x by which (-3/2)^-3 is divided.
∴ {(-3/2)^-3}/x = (4/27)^-2
∴ {(-3/2)^-3}/(4/27)^-2 =x
⇒ x = {(4/27)²}/(-3/2)³
⇒ x = 4/27 × 4/27 × (-2/3) × (-2/3) × (-2/3)
x = -128/19683  Answer
