(5/3)−2 should be multiplied by 25/21 to obtain (7/3)−1.

Let the required number be 'x'.

 { (\frac{5}{3} )}^{ - 2}  \times x =  { (\frac{7}{3}) }^{ - 1}

 { (\frac{3}{5}) }^{ 2}  \times x =  {( \frac{3}{7}) }^{1}

 \frac{9}{25}  \times x =  \frac{3}{7}

x =  \frac{3}{7}  \times  \frac{25}{9}

x =  \frac{25}{21}
