Hii There!!

Let the rational number be 'x'.

=) -8/13 × x = -16/39

=) x = - 16/39 × -13/8

=) x = 2/3

Hence, required rational number is 2/3.

Hope it helps

Hello here's the answer
Let the number that is to be multiplied be X
So, -8/13× X= -16/39
So, if x is taken on another side and -16/39 on other side it will be
39/-16 (reciprocal)
So, -8/13×39/-16=X
Ans
-3/2
