The juice secreted by pancreas contains "trypsinogen", "chymotrypsinogen", and "procarboxypeptidase".

The "trypsinogen" is activated by enterokinase released by the intestinal lining.

The enterokinase enzyme converts the "inactive trypsinogen" into its "active form" which is called as Trypsin.

The so formed trypsin converts the "complex proteins" into "small poly peptides".

This conversion is highly essential because human digestive tract cannot digest protein as such as it is a complex Biomolecules.
