China's parliament re-elected Xi Jinping as president for the second term. China's principally rubber-stamp legislature on Saturday collectively re-elected Xi Jinping as the president of the country.  Xi was chosen on 14 March 2013, in a ceremony vote by the national people's Congress in Beijing.
