Accept yourself as God created you with your gifts, talents, abilities and opportunities. Being self contended is to be comfortable and satisfied with yourself and to be one with the life you lead,to realize everything you need you can find in the present moment.A contended person lives with patience ,peace and acceptance thus has victory over all situations in life.We live in a world filled with desires ,greed, anger,ego and depression where contentment seems far fetched and needs a lot of effort to be cultivated .
