Answer:

$\frac{2}{3x} + 5 = \frac{1}{5} - 2x$

$\frac{2 + 15x}{3x} = \frac{1 + 10x}{5}$

$by \: cross \: multiplication \\ 5(2 + 15x) = 3x(1 + 10x)$

$(10 + 75x) = (3x + 30x)$

$10 + 75x = 33x$

$10 = 33x - 75x$

$10 = - 42x$

$x = \frac{10}{ - 42}$
