$c = 25 - 5 \times \frac{4}{2 } - 10 + 4 \\ \\ c = 25 - 5 \times 2 - 10 + 4 \\ \\ \\ c = 25 - 10 - 10 + 4 \\ \\ \\ c = 25 + 4 - 10 - 10 \\ \\ \\ c = 29 - 20 \\ \\ \\ c = 9$
